About the Founders

Khalif is the youngest of three children, raised by a hard-working single mother in Norristown, PA, a small town not far outside of Philadelphia. From the early age of 5 years old, Khalif played with passion; striving only to be the best. Looking up to great players like the legendary Allen Iverson and LeBron James, Khalif consistently worked hard to perfect his craft. And it all paid off.... Going into his senior season he decided to attend Temple University.  As a freshman in high school nobody in the area can say they thought Khalif Wyatt was a Division 1 basketball player, let alone good enough to play Temple University for legendary head coach Fran Dunphy. Khalif capped off his senior season in High School with bringing Norristown Area High School its first District 1 Championship since 1990-1991. His career at Temple was far from smooth. Early in his time at Temple he heavily contemplated leaving Temple going elsewhere, but due to his great support system he decided to stay with the cherry and white. After only playing in 5 games as a freshman he went on to be the Atlantic 10 6th man of the year in his sophomore campaign. Followed that up with being the teams 2nd leading scorer and was voted 2nd team All Atlantic 10 (Should’ve been 1st). In his senior season Khalif brought all of the cities hardware home, racking in 1st Team All Atlantic 10, 1st team All Big 5,  as well as Atlantic 10 and Big 5 POY. Despite not being picked up in the draft, Khalif found himself being invited to go to veterans with the Philadelphia 76ers in the 2014 season.  He played with the team throughout the preseason and after being cut from the team, he immediately inked a deal with one of the best teams in China, the Guangdong Tigers. This small town guy was on his way to an international playing field. His horizons were being expanded, as were his opportunities!  While in China Khalif definitely made his mark, and was able to finish that season in the NBDL with the Sprinfield Armor. The following season he took his talents to srael to play for Hapoel Eilat. He played for there for 2 years, where in both years he was named Israeli Guard of the Year. In his fourth professional season he decided to stay in is real but to play for a different club, Hapoel Holon, where he has played for the past year. Playing on teams within Israel's top league has been a great experience where he has been able to hone his skills both on and off the court even further. Khalif is still maturing, both as a basketball player, as well as a person.  Giving back to his community is very important to him and therefore, Khalif looks forward to sponsoring different events, such as Norristown Appreciation Day and a Thanksgiving food drive and Christmas toy drive each year.  In addition to these philanthropic efforts, Khalif also is diversifying his talents and now is beginning to look into real estate investing and has founded Wyatt 1 Holdings, LLC to work with like-minded individuals who, too, are interested in building wealth through real estate.
